Whole Wheat Pizza Crust

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c. whole wheat flour
- 1/2 c. wheat germ
- 1 pkg. yeast
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 1/4 c. warm water (120~ to 130~)
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 3/4 to 1 c. all-purpose flour
Directions

1Mix all dry ingredients except all-purpose flour.

2Mix well and add warm water (120° to 130°).

3Add oil.

4Knead dough until mixed and add all-purpose flour as needed to stiffen it.

5Let rest 15 minutes.

6Divide into 2 balls and roll them out to pizza pan size.

7Put on greased pizza pans and bake at 400° for 10 minutes. Remove from oven.

8Add pizza sauce and remaining topping or bake at 400° for 10 to 15 minutes.
