Whole Wheat Pizza Dough Recipe

- 1 pkg. active dry yeast
- 1 c. lukewarm water
- 1 c. whole wheat flour
- 2 - 2 1/4 c. bread flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
Directions

1Dissolve yeast in water.

2Combine whole wheat flour, 1 1/2 c. bread flour and the salt.

3Stir in yeast mix.

4Knead dough about 10 min, working in 1/2 to 3/4 c. more bread flour so which dough is still soft, but no longer sticky.

5Put dough in an oiled bowl.

6Cover with plastic wrap and let rise till doubled in bulk 45 to 60 min.

7Punch down and let stand 10 min before shaping.
