Ingredients
- 1 12 cups whole wheat bread flour
- 1 12 cups white bread flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 4 teaspoons sugar
- 4 teaspoons non-fat powdered milk
- 2 14 teaspoons yeast
- 4 teaspoons vegetable oil
- 1 egg
- 1 cup luke warm water
Directions

1Combine ingredients in the order your bread maker calls for on dough cycle.

2Check on dough half way through needing adding a bit more flour or water as needed so dough is fairly tacky.

3Turn out onto greased cutting board and work with greased hands.

4Shape into 15 rolls and place in greased 9x13 pan making 5 rows of 3.

5Let rise 30-45 minutes or until doubled in size.

6Bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes.

7Note: Can be made with all white bread flour with great results.
