- 1/2 medium bell pepper, diced or cut into thin strips
- 1/4 c. diced celery
- 1 Tbsp. margarine
- 1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
- 1/2 to 3/4 can water
- 1 tsp. sugar
- salt to taste
- chili powder to taste
- 1 lb. wieners, cut in 1/4 to 1/2-inch pieces
Directions

1Cook onion, pepper and celery in margarine until soft (about 5 minutes) over low heat.

2Add tomato sauce, water, sugar, chili powder and salt.

3Stir well.

4Add franks; let simmer.
