  • 4 c. sliced mushrooms
  • 2 small red or green sweet peppers, cut into strips
  • 1 medium onion, cut into thin wedges
  • 1/4 c. margarine or butter
  • 1/4 tsp. seasoned salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • hot cooked pasta
  • shaved or grated Parmesan cheese

Directions

    In a large skillet cook mushrooms, peppers and onion in hot margarine or butter until tender.

    Stir in seasoned salt and pepper.

    Toss with hot pasta.

    Top with cheese.

    Makes about 2 cups sauce.
