- 4 c. sliced mushrooms
- 2 small red or green sweet peppers, cut into strips
- 1 medium onion, cut into thin wedges
- 1/4 c. margarine or butter
- 1/4 tsp. seasoned salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- hot cooked pasta
- shaved or grated Parmesan cheese
Directions

1In a large skillet cook mushrooms, peppers and onion in hot margarine or butter until tender.

2Stir in seasoned salt and pepper.

3Toss with hot pasta.

4Top with cheese.

5Makes about 2 cups sauce.
