- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 c. celery, chopped
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 can chicken noodle soup
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 1/2 c. hot water
- 1/2 c. wild rice
- 1 can mushrooms
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Brown beef, celery, onion and salt.

2Drain fat.

3Add rest of ingredients and place in large casserole dish.

4Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 1 1/2 hours.

5Stir occasionally and add more water, if needed.

6Serve over chow mein noodles with soy sauce.
