Wild Rice Casserole

  • 1 lb. ground chuck
  • 2 medium onions, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 c. wild rice, cooked
  • 1 1/2 c. herb seasoned stuffing

Directions

    Cook onions in butter until tender, not brown.

    Add meat, onion, soups and rice together and mix.

    Put in casserole dish and top with dressing, mixed according to package directions.

    Preheat oven to 375°.

    Cook 30 to 40 minutes.
