  • 4 to 6 slices bacon, fried and crumbled
  • 1 can mushrooms, drained
  • chopped celery
  • chopped onion
  • 1/2 c. wild rice, washed and cooked
  • 1 can mushroom soup

Directions

    Fry bacon and reserve a little grease to fry chopped onion and celery.

    Add mushrooms.

    Combine these with wild rice.

    Mix together with mushroom soup.

    Bake in greased casserole.

    Cover and bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
