  • 1/2 cup onion diced
  • 2 pounds hamburger
  • 1 can cream of mushroom
  • 2 teaspoons soy sauce
  • salt
  • 2 cans mushrooms do not drain
  • 1/2 cup celery diced
  • 1 can chicken w/rice
  • 1 cup wild rice

Directions

    Cook rice 35-40 minutes.

    Brown hamburger with onion and celery.

    Mix hamburger mixture and the rest of the ingredients with rice.

    Bake @ 325 for 90 minutes.
