- 1 (12 ounce) can condensed milk
- 12 kg cottage cheese
- 3 -4 powdered green cardamoms
- 2 tablespoons full cream milk powder
Directions

1Mash the cottage cheese coarsely in a bowl.

2Add milk powder to it.

3Then, mix in the condensed milk.

4Heat the mixture in a thick bottomed pan.

5Cook on medium flame, stirring continuously, until the mixture thickens.

6This will take about 10 minutes.

7Remove from heat.

8Spread onto a greased plate.

9Sprinkle cardamom powder over it.

10Allow it to cool completely.

11Cut into squares and serve.

12Store refrigerated in an airtight container.
