  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 eggs, lightly beaten
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 cup cooked wild rice (about 1/4 cup uncooked)

Directions
