- 1 1/2 cups unbleached flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- Salt to taste
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 cup milk
- 2 eggs, lightly beaten
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 1 cup cooked wild rice (about 1/4 cup uncooked)
Directions

1Blend the flour, baking powder, salt and sugar.

2Stir in milk, eggs and melted butter just until ingredients are blended.

3Stir in cooked rice.

4Cook pancakes until they are brown on both sides.
