  • 1 1/2 lb. cubed veal
  • 1 c. chopped onions
  • 1 c. diced celery
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. pepper
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 1 can chicken-rice soup
  • 1/2 c. wild rice, soaked in water for 3 hours
  • 1 can mushrooms

Directions

    Brown cubed veal, onions, celery, salt and pepper.

    Put into casserole and add mushroom soup, chicken-rice soup, wild rice and mushrooms.

    Bake for 2 hours at 300° to 325°.
