Ingredients

  • 2 lb. beef cubes (1-inch thick, unbrowned)
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can French onion soup
  • 1 small can mushrooms, drained

Directions

    Do not dilute soup.

    Mix all ingredients together and place in casserole dish.

    Cover and bake at 300° for 2 1/2 to 3 hours. Serve over rice or noodles.
