- 5 c. Rice Krispies
- 2 Tbsp. minced onion
- 2 lb. sausage
- 2 c. cooked rice
- 20 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
- 6 eggs
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 c. milk
Directions

1In saucepan, brown sausage and onions; drain.

2Put 4 cups Rice Krispies on bottom of 9 x 13-inch baking dish.

3Add alternate layers of sausage, rice and cheese.

4Poke holes through mixture with a knife.

5Pour mixture of eggs, soup and milk over layers. Top with remaining Rice Krispies.

6Bake at 350° for 40 to 45 minutes.

7Serves 10 to 15.
