- 1/2 cup water
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 small onion (diced)
- 1 egg (beaten)
- 1 head lettuce (torn into small pieces)
Directions

1Fry bacon until crispy.

2Remove from skillet and set aside. Into bacon drippings stir, vinegar, water, sugar, salt, onion and egg.

3Heat to boiling, stirring constantly.

4Add lettuce to skillet and toss with hot dressing quickly.

5Remove to bowl.

6Crumble bacon on top.
