  • 12 lb Italian sausage, casing removed
  • 4 ounces mushrooms, drained
  • 14 cup chopped pitted ripe olives
  • cheese
  • 4 garlic bread, slices toasted

Directions

    Combine 2 Tbs.

    barbecue sauce and meat, mix well.

    Shape into 4 patties.

    Combine remaining sauce and other ingredients, heat throughly stirring occasionally.

    Cook meat till done.

    Top garlic bread with a patty and heated barbecue mixture.
