  • whole chicken, cut in pieces
  • 2 Tbsp. margarine
  • garlic salt
  • parsley flakes
  • 1/4 c. white wine

Directions

    Prepare chicken and sprinkle with garlic salt.

    Melt margarine in electric frypan.

    Add chicken and brown on both sides. Sprinkle parsley flakes over and add 1/4 cup white wine.

    Cover and simmer for 1 hour, turning pieces occasionally.

    Makes nice gravy, too, when thickened.
