Ingredients

  • 2 lb. ground beef
  • 2 tsp. Worcestershire
  • 2 Tbsp. minced onion
  • 2 tsp. prepared mustard
  • 1/2 c. catsup
  • 1/2 c. dry wine (not cooking wine)
  • 2 tsp. horseradish
  • 1/2 c. rolled oats or dry bread crumbs
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2 tsp. pepper

    Mix all ingredients well and let stand for at least 1/2 hour before charcoaling or broiling.

    Should make 8 burgers, 1/4 pound each.
