- 1/2 c. catsup
- 1/2 c. dry wine (not cooking wine)
- 2 tsp. horseradish
- 1/2 c. rolled oats or dry bread crumbs
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. pepper
Directions

1Mix all ingredients well and let stand for at least 1/2 hour before charcoaling or broiling.
