Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. yellow cake mix (with pudding in the mix)
  • 1 small pkg. vanilla instant pudding
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 c. vegetable oil
  • 1 c. sweet and fruity wine
  • 3/4 to 1 c. nuts (I prefer walnuts)

Directions

    Combine all ingredients in large bowl and beat for 2 minutes on high speed.

    Pour batter in oiled angel food cake pan. Sprinkle top with nuts.

    Bake at 350° for 50 to 60 minutes. Remove from oven and immediately drizzle with glaze.
