  • 3/4 c. sherry cooking wine
  • 1 tsp. nutmeg
  • confectioners sugar

    Combine all ingredients and mix well with electric mixer. Beat for 5 minutes.

    Bake in a 9-inch tube pan for 45 to 50 minutes at 350°.
