  • 1 pkg. yellow cake mix
  • 1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding mix (3 3/4 oz.)
  • 4 eggs
  • 3/4 c. vegetable oil
  • 3/4 c. cream sherry wine
  • 1 tsp. nutmeg

Directions

    Mix all ingredients together and beat 5 minutes at medium speed in large mixing bowl.

    Important that beating time is 5 minutes.

    Grease and flour 10-inch tube pan.

    Bake 45 to 55 minutes at 350°.

    Cool 5 minutes before turning out on wire rack. If desired, sprinkle top with confectioners sugar.
