  • 3/4 C oil
  • 3/4 C sherry
  • 1 tsp nutmeg

    Mix all ingredients. Pour into greased bundt pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-45 minutes but not overdone. Let stand for 15 minutes on wooden board. Turn out and let cool and sprinkle with powdered sugar
