Ingredients

  • 32 oz. Ragu extra thick and zesty
  • 1/2 lb. ground beef, cooked
  • 1/2 lb. noodles (uncooked)
  • 16 oz. cottage cheese, mixed with 8 oz. plain yogurt
  • 8 oz. Mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 c. water

Directions

    Combine Ragu and cooked ground beef.

    Spread 1 cup of the Ragu/meat mixture in a 13 x 9-inch pan.

    Layer 1/3 each of noodles, cottage cheese/yogurt mixture, Mozzarella, Ragu/meat mixture and Parmesan cheese.

    Repeat twice.

    Pour water in sides of pan.

    Cover tightly with foil.

    Bake at 325° for 1 hour.

    Remove foil and bake an additional 15 minutes.

    Let stand 20 minutes before serving.
