- 2 Tbsp. sherry wine
- 3 c. flour
- jelly
Directions

1Cream the butter; add sugar.

2Add egg yolks and beat 2 1/2 minutes.

3Add wine and beat again.

4Add flour and mix well.

5Form cookies into balls.

6Make well in center and fill with jelly. Bake at 350° until slightly brown.
