  • 2 c. wine (sherry or port)
  • 3 c. sugar
  • 1/2 bottle Certo

Directions

    Put wine and sugar in top of double boiler over boiling water. Stir constantly until thoroughly heated.

    Remove from fire.

    Add Certo.
  4. 4
    Pour in glasses and cover with Parowax.
