- 1/4 c. salad oil
- 1/2 c. red or white wine
- 1 clove garlic, grated
- 1 tsp. onion, grated
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
Directions

1Mix the oil and wine together and then add the rest of ingredients.

2Stir and let chill for several hours.

3When ready to cook, pour over either prepared poultry or meat.

4Chill 3 more hours.

5Baste with the sauce during cooking of the meat.

6Makes 3/4 cup sauce.
