- 6 strips bacon, chopped
- 1 c. chopped onion
- 1 c. water
- 2 1/2 c. pared, diced potatoes
- 1 c. chopped carrots
- 2 Tbsp. instant chicken bouillon
- 3 c. milk
- 2 (16 oz.) cans whole kernel corn
- 1/8 tsp. white pepper
- 3 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 3 Tbsp. flour
Directions

1Partially cook bacon; stir in onion.

2Cook until bacon is crisp.

3Stir in water, potatoes, carrots and chicken bouillon. Heat to boiling until potatoes and carrots are tender.

4Add milk, corn and pepper.

5Mix cheese and flour, stirring constantly until melted.
