- 3 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 14 teaspoon sea salt
- 14 teaspoon pepper
- 8 cups thinly sliced red cabbage
- 13 cup dried cranberries, chopped
- 2 granny smith apples, coarsely chopped
- 14 cup toasted pecans, chopped
Directions

1In small bowl, whisk together vinegar, oil, honey, salt and pepper.

2In large bowl combine cabbage and cranberries.

3Add dressing and toss to coat.

4Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour.

5Just before serving, add apples and toss to combine.

6Sprinkle with pecans.
