Winter Red Cabbage Slaw

  • 3 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 14 teaspoon sea salt
  • 14 teaspoon pepper
  • 8 cups thinly sliced red cabbage
  • 13 cup dried cranberries, chopped
  • 2 granny smith apples, coarsely chopped
  • 14 cup toasted pecans, chopped

Directions

    In small bowl, whisk together vinegar, oil, honey, salt and pepper.

    In large bowl combine cabbage and cranberries.

    Add dressing and toss to coat.

    Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour.

    Just before serving, add apples and toss to combine.

    Sprinkle with pecans.
