- 1/2 cup Onions, minced
- 3 tbsp Butter, divided
- 2 tsp Prepared mustard
- 16 oz Velveeta Cheese
- 1/2 cup Cold milk
- 2 cup Elbow macaroni cooked and drained
- 1 bunch Broccoli, cut into florets, cooked in boiling water for 3 minutes
- 1/3 cup Crushed saltine crackers
Directions

1Preheat oven to 375.

2In 3 qt.

3saucepan cook onions in 2 Tbsp.

4butter over med.

5Heat 3 minutes.

6Stir in mustard.

7Add milk, cheese & pepper.

8Cook & stir until cheese melts & mixture is smooth.

9Stir in macaroni, spoon half into buttered 2-3 quart casserole.

10Arrange broccoli evenly over pasta, then top with remaining macaroni mixture.

11Melt remaining butter, toss with cracker crumbs in small bowl.

12Sprinkle crumbs over casserole.

13Bake 24-30 minutes until bubbly and browned.

14Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
