  • 2 c. cubed round steak
  • 1/4 c. cooking oil
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 Tbsp. garlic powder
  • 1 Tbsp. ground comino
  • 1/4 c. Gebhardt chili powder
  • 1 Tbsp. smooth peanut butter
  • 2 1/2 c. water
  • 1/2 c. flour

Directions

    Brown round steak in oil.

    Add salt, garlic and comino.

    Mix flour and chili powder in a cup; add mixture to skillet and brown, stirring constantly.

    Stir in water and peanut butter.

    Cover and simmer for 30 to 40 minutes, until sauce is gravy consistency. Serve with Arroz and mashed potatoes.
