  • 4 ounces, weight Orange Frosting

Directions

    Place the cookies stripe side down on a cookie sheet. Unwrap the Hershey Kisses. Place frosting in a plastic bag and cut off the tip of one corner of the bag.
  2. 2
    Squeeze a circle of frosting around the hole in the cookie. Place a Kiss on top of the frosting and press down so the frosting shows up in a ring around the Kiss. Use the frosting to draw bows on the Kiss.
