  • 6 large cooking apples
  • 1/4 lb. castor sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 Tbsp. rum
  • crushed vanilla stick
  • bread crumbs
  • 1/2 pt. whipped cream

Directions

    Bake apples and put through a sieve.

    Mix the crushed pineapple with sugar and stir into apple puree.

    Add rum and egg white.
