- 400 ml Water
- 2 tbsp Chicken soup stock granules
- 1 tbsp Katakuriko

1Add chicken soup stock granules into hot water, and bring to a boil.

3Dissolve the katakuriko in 1 tablespoon of water, and gently pour in.

4Swirl in the beaten egg little by little.
