- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 onion, minced
- 1 lb. ground beef
- m.s.g., salt, pepper and soy sauce to taste
- 1 carrot, thinly shredded
- 1/2 cabbage, thinly shredded
- bean sprouts, string beans, potato (optional)

Directions

1Heat oil in saucepan.

2Saute garlic and onion.

3Stir in ground beef and seasonings.

4Brown well.

5Fold in vegetables.

6Cook until half done.

7Strain in colander and cool.

8Put 1 to 2 tablespoons of filling in center of wrapper.

9Fold edge of wrappers over filling.

10Wrap like envelope.

11Moisten edge with water to hold it together.

12Heat oil to 375°.

13Fry until lightly browned.
