Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground pork
- 1/2 small can water chestnuts, chopped
- 4 finely diced green onions
- 3 slices fresh chopped ginger
- 2 cloves garlic, grated
- 1/2 tsp. m.s.g. (optional)
- 2 tsp. salt
- pepper and soy sauce to taste
- 1 pkg. won ton skins
Directions

1Saute meat in oil until brown and crumbly.

2Add all ingredients; season with pepper and soy sauce to taste.

3Drain off excess oil and cool.

4Place one teaspoon of meat mixture in center of won ton square.

5Fold diagonally and seal edges by wetting with a dab of water.

6Deep-fry in 360° oil until won ton is golden. Serve hot with won ton sauce or mustard with soy sauce.
