  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 2 Tbsp. strawberry gelatin
  • 2 Tbsp. cornstarch

    Line pie shell with strawberries.

    Combine remaining ingredients in a sauce pan and blend in 1 cup of water.

    Cook over low heat for 15 minutes or until it is thick and clear, stirring constantly.

    Spoon over strawberries and chill until ready to serve.
