- 1 lb mild sausage, browned and drained
- 1 (1 ounce) package ranch dressing, prepared according to package directions
- 1 1/2 cups shredded monterey jack cheese
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 (2 1/4 ounce) can chopped black olives
- 1 (12 ounce) package wonton skins
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°F.

2Mix together sausage, Ranch dressing, cheeses and black olives.

3Set aside.

4Brush wonton skins with small amount of vegetable oil and place oil side down in cupcake pans, molding them to form a cup-like appearance.

5Bake for 5 minutes.

6Remove and place 1 tablespoon of sausage mixture into each wonton.

7Return to oven and bake for 5 more minutes.
