- 2 cans French-style green beans
- 3 to 4 potatoes, sliced thin
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 can celery soup
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1 1/2 c. water
- 1 1/2 to 2 lb. ground beef
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Combine celery and mushroom soups.

2Add water to soups and set aside.

3In a buttered baking dish, layer beans, potatoes and onion. Pour half of soup mixture on top.

4Place ground beef on top of this.

5Pour remaining soup over the ground beef.

6Bake at 375° for 1 to 1 1/4 hours.

7At end of cooking time, top with buttered Ritz crackers and return to oven until crumbs turn brown.
