- 4 oz. dried beef
- 5 chicken breasts, boned and halved
- 10 slices thick, lean bacon
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 c. mushroom soup
- 1/2 c. sliced mushrooms
Directions

1Soak dried beef in water 15 minutes if it came in a jar. Arrange beef slices on bottom of a 13 x 9-inch baking dish.

2Wrap each chicken breast half in a slice of bacon; place over dried beef.

3Combine sour cream, mushroom soup and sliced mushrooms; pour over wrapped chicken.

4Cover and bake at 350° for 1 1/2 to 2 hours; uncover during last 1/2 hour of baking time.

5Serve hot with rice or noodles.

6Makes 10 servings (really makes 5 servings because everyone wants 2).
