  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 12 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 14 cup butter, melted
  • 12 package pecan sandies
  • 14 cup butter, melted

Directions

    Drain the yams well.

    Smash with fork or can be mixed with hand beater.

    Mix in cinnamon, sugar and butter.

    Pour into baking dish, sprayed with Pam.

    Crush pecan sandies, mix with 1/4 cup butter.

    Spread over yam mixture, bake at 375 for 35-40 minutes.
