- 2 sticks butter, melted
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 3/4 c. evaporated milk
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 3 1/2 oz. coconut
- 1 c. pecans, chopped
- 1 1/2 c. cornflakes, crushed
Directions

1Combine yams, 1 stick butter, sugar, milk and eggs.

2Mix thoroughly.

3Pour into greased 2 1/2-quart casserole.

4Bake at 400° for 35 minutes.

5Remove from oven.
