  • 2 (16 oz.) cans yams, drained and mashed
  • 2 sticks butter, melted
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 3/4 c. evaporated milk
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 3 1/2 oz. coconut
  • 1 c. pecans, chopped
  • 1 1/2 c. cornflakes, crushed

Directions

    Combine yams, 1 stick butter, sugar, milk and eggs.

    Mix thoroughly.

    Pour into greased 2 1/2-quart casserole.

    Bake at 400° for 35 minutes.
