- 3 medium yams, cooked or 17 oz. can, drained
- 2 c. seedless grapes
- 1 Tbsp. honey
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 firm bananas, sliced
- 2 red apples, diced
- 1 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
Directions

1Peel yams and cube.

2Toss fruit together lightly.

3Add yams. Combine mayonnaise, honey and lemon juice for dressing.

4Serve on crisp cabbage leaves or lettuce with dressing.
