Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground meat
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 1/2 can water
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
  • 1 can sliced mushrooms, drained
  • 1 small pkg. medium width egg noodles

Directions

    Boil noodles and drain.

    Brown meat with half the onion and 2 tablespoons green pepper.
  3. 3
    Add tomato soup, water and mushrooms. Add remaining ingredients (including remaining raw onion) to drained noodles.

    Place in greased casserole.

    Sprinkle with grated Cheddar cheese and bake 40 to 45 minutes in a 350° oven.
