- 1 lb. ground meat
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1/2 can water
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
- 1 can sliced mushrooms, drained
- 1 small pkg. medium width egg noodles
Directions

1Boil noodles and drain.

2Brown meat with half the onion and 2 tablespoons green pepper.

3Add tomato soup, water and mushrooms. Add remaining ingredients (including remaining raw onion) to drained noodles.

4Place in greased casserole.

5Sprinkle with grated Cheddar cheese and bake 40 to 45 minutes in a 350° oven.
