  • 8 oz. pea beans or navy beans
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 1 c. diced potatoes
  • 1 c. canned whole tomatoes
  • 1/2 c. diced carrots
  • 1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1 c. milk
