  • 2 cans creamed corn, 16 oz (448 grm). each
  • 1 sleeve saltine crackers
  • 2 eggs
  • dash pepper
  • dash salt
  • 1/8 tsp (1 ml) ground cloves (optional)

Directions

    Combine all ingredients in large mixing bowl.

    Spray 9 x 13 inch pyrex baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.

    Bake in 375 degree (200 C.) oven for 25-35 min.

    or until golden brown.

    Remove from oven and serve warm.
