- 1 14 ounces dry yeast
- 1 cup warm water
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 2 cups flour
Directions

1Dissolve yeast in warm water with the sugar salt and oil.

2Add flour and mix.

3Let rise 45 minutes, covered.

4Turn out onto floured board and knead 5 minutes, adding flour as needed.

5Roll out and cut with biscuit cutter.Place on greased baking sheet or in greased iron skillet.

6Let rest 15-20 minutes.

7Bake in 350F oven about 20 minutes or until golden brown.

8Keep checking as oven temps do vary.
