- 2 pkg. yeast
- 3 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 1/2 c. warm water
- 2 Tbsp. melted shortening
- 4 c. sifted flour
- 1 tsp. salt
Directions

1Dissolve yeast and sugar in water.

2Add melted shortening. Stir in dry ingredients.

3Let rest 10 minutes.

4Roll out, cut and place in greased pan.

5Grease top with melted oleo or butter.

6Let rise for 30 minutes.

7Bake in a 400° oven.
