- 2 c. warm water
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/4 c. shortening
- 1 egg
- 2 pkg. or cakes yeast
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 6 c. flour
Directions

1Mix first 6 ingredients together in bowl.

2Then add flour, 2 cups at a time.

3Place in a bowl (greased) and cover with a damp cloth.

4Place in refrigerator.

5You can keep it in refrigerator for about 3 days.

6Make into buns or loaves and let rise about 2 hours before baking.

7Bake in 400° oven until done.
