Ingredients

  • 2 c. lukewarm water
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 7 to 7 1/2 c. flour
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 2 pkg. yeast mix
  • 1/2 c. vegetable oil

Directions

    Mix together.

    Then add yeast mix.

    Beat eggs and mix with other ingredients.

    Add vegetable oil and stir in good.

    Stir while adding flour.

    Mix well and knead good.

    (Better if add 3 cups flour at a time.

    Knead after each addition.)

    Roll out on a floured surface.

    Knead well.

    Put in a bowl and put in refrigerator; let rise.

    Take out what you want at a time and make into rolls or bread and leave the remainder in the refrigerator or take out and make into your favorite yeast rolls.

    Bake at 450° until done.

    For a glazed shiny look you can beat (slightly) an egg white and brush on top of the bread.
