- 2 c. lukewarm water
- 2 tsp. salt
- 2 eggs
- 7 to 7 1/2 c. flour
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 pkg. yeast mix
- 1/2 c. vegetable oil
Directions

1Mix together.

2Then add yeast mix.

3Beat eggs and mix with other ingredients.

4Add vegetable oil and stir in good.

5Stir while adding flour.

6Mix well and knead good.

7(Better if add 3 cups flour at a time.

8Knead after each addition.)

9Roll out on a floured surface.

10Knead well.

11Put in a bowl and put in refrigerator; let rise.

12Take out what you want at a time and make into rolls or bread and leave the remainder in the refrigerator or take out and make into your favorite yeast rolls.

13Bake at 450° until done.

14For a glazed shiny look you can beat (slightly) an egg white and brush on top of the bread.
