  • 12 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 12 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 12 teaspoon salt
  • 12 teaspoon orange extract
  • 34-1 cup miniature semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1 (9 inch) chocolate crumb crusts or 1 (9 inch) graham cracker crust
  • 1 12 cups sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 12 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 (11 ounce) can mandarin oranges, drained
  • additional chocolate chips

Directions

    In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.

    Add eggs; beat on low speed just until combined.

    Add salt and orange extract; beat just until blended.

    Stir in chocolate chips.

    Pour into crust.

    Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes or until center is almost set.

    Remove from the oven; increase temperature to 425 degrees.

    In a bowl, combine sour cream, sugar and vanilla; spread over cheesecake.
