- 12 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 12 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 12 teaspoon orange extract
- 34-1 cup miniature semisweet chocolate chips
- 1 (9 inch) chocolate crumb crusts or 1 (9 inch) graham cracker crust
- 1 12 cups sour cream
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 12 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 (11 ounce) can mandarin oranges, drained
- additional chocolate chips
Directions

1In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.

2Add eggs; beat on low speed just until combined.

3Add salt and orange extract; beat just until blended.

4Stir in chocolate chips.

5Pour into crust.

6Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes or until center is almost set.

7Remove from the oven; increase temperature to 425 degrees.

8In a bowl, combine sour cream, sugar and vanilla; spread over cheesecake.

9bake 5 minutes longer.

10Cool on a wire rack for 15 minutes.
